Sr Content Designer- IVRJob#: 3057132Job Description:Senior Content Designer, Conversational Design / Voice / IVRLocation: Remote / Work From HomeSchedule: Monday through FridayEmployment Type: ContractPotential for Extension or Conversion: There may be an opportunity for extension or permanent employment, but this is not guaranteed.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Content Designer with strong experience in conversational design, voice experiences, and IVR. This individual will create clear, accessible, and user centered conversational content while helping shape content strategy, information architecture, voice, and tone across digital experiences.The ideal candidate has a strong background in content design, UX writing, and conversational experiences and is comfortable partnering across product, design, development, legal, and compliance teams.Key Responsibilities• Create and manage content for conversational and chat experiences, including dialogue, prompts, error messaging, and navigation.• Develop content that balances user needs, business objectives, accessibility requirements, and brand standards.• Contribute to content strategy and information architecture, including systems of words, content types, voice, and tone.• Partner closely with conversation designers, product designers, product managers, developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.• Simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and contextual language.• Conduct content audits and inventories to identify gaps related to quality, compliance, standards, accessibility, and branding.• Continuously refine conversational experiences based on user feedback, analytics, research, and testing.• Maintain and support established digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, UX writing, or a closely related field.• Demonstrated experience designing user centered conversational content and experiences that are accessible, scalable, clear, and engaging.• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive language.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Ability to move comfortably between strategic work and hands on content development.• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.• Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholder groups, including subject matter experts, content reviewers, editors, and legal and compliance professionals.• Portfolio required with application and resume. Portfolio should demonstrate relevant content design and UX writing experience.Preferred Qualifications• Experience working within a regulated environment requiring legal and compliance oversight.• Experience working in Agile environments and with collaboration or project management tools such as Jira.• Experience with Google conversational platforms.• Experience designing content for voice, IVR, chatbot, or other conversational interfaces.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
