What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers with instructional and classroom management activities
• Offering one-on-one or small group guidance to help students master daily lessons and tasks
• Assisting with classroom organization, materials preparation, and maintaining a positive learning space
• Monitoring student engagement and well-being, reporting any concerns to educational staff
• Helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs), accommodations, or behavior management strategies as necessary
• Fostering inclusion and participation among students with diverse abilities and backgrounds
