Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will work with children from birth to 21 years old in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role focuses on providing individualized attention and customized care plans, encouraging parent participation, and maintaining autonomy and growth aligned with your expertise. Job Details Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Hampton Road Location. Responsibilities Provide one‑to‑one occupational therapy services to pediatric patients. Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient and family goals. Collaborate with physical therapy, speech therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure integrated care. Encourage and involve parents or caregivers in home exercises and skill transfer. Maintain accurate documentation and use ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time. Adhere to clinical excellence standards and participate in peer‑to‑peer learning and mentorship. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the applicable state. Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
