You'll support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights and working closely with the operations team. Responsibilities include:Analyze operational costs and provide key insightsMaintain and update standard costs for inventory and assembled goodsReport COGS results with expected vs. actuals to operationsManage variance accounts and ensure internal controls complianceCreate and validate BOMs and new item entriesPerform ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional projectsSupport finance and accounting team members when needed What You BringWe're looking for someone with strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. You should have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of cost accounting experience, ideally in manufacturingSolid grasp of GAAP and cost accounting principlesProficiency with ERP/costing systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics)Advanced Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting Why Join Worldwide Foam?
