Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster safe, trusting relationships with clients.

  • A demonstration of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' issues and challenges, pertinent to forming effective therapeutic alliances.

  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing time effectively to handle caseload responsibilities and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with a focus on teletherapy modalities.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar methodologies.

  • Prior experience working with diverse populations, particularly in outpatient or community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on your experience and caseload.
