Join our sales team as a Design Consultant helping clients make selections to update and remodel their kitchens and homes throughout Central and Northeast Wisconsin! We specialize in Fast and Affordable kitchen and home updates and transformations. We offer a variety of services and options to fit every style and budget. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship.

  Job Duties :

• Balance the relationships with new prospects and current customer projects.
• Maintain frequent communication with management, coworkers, customers and prompt follow-up with new prospects.
• Conduct and Follow the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Confidently ask for the sale, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in a CRM database.
• Continuous networking expected @ Home Shows, Community Events and with Local Partners
• Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.
• Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.

  Skills and Requirements:

• Computer and smartphone proficient.
• Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
