Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for an experienced full stack engineer to make a meaningful technical impact across the entire application stack, working onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications across front-end and back-end systems
- Build and maintain APIs and services that support core business functionality
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end
- Participate in code reviews and champion best practices for code quality, performance, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the technology stack over time
- Mentor other engineers and support their technical growth
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application reliability
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js, or similar)
- Experience designing and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an onsite team environment
- True end-to-end ownership across the stack, not a narrowly scoped front-end or back-end role
- Onsite collaboration with a tight-knit engineering team in Cincinnati
- Influence over architectural direction as the platform continues to evolve
- Mentorship opportunities for engineers ready to grow into technical leadership
