Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Nursing diploma or Associate’s degree in nursing. RN licensure required; BSN preferred. No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years of experience preferred. Experience in ICU and BSN degree are preferred qualifications.
