Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Southwest Montana

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 5, 8-hour shifts

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. This challenging, yet rewarding position involves providing physical therapy services to a varied caseload, including outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing therapy, and home health.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapy interventions
• Provide therapy to patients in outpatient and acute care settings
• Support skilled nursing therapy and home health care initiatives
• Monitor patient progress and document notes on treatment outcomes

Required Experience: Two years of experience in an acute and long-term care setting is preferred.
