Job Summary

MBhealth is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Group Account Manager to join our growing team. This position works closely with a team of four professionals to support Small and Large Group Clients with employee benefit packages in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service group employee benefit accounts
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and carriers
• Process enrollments, changes, and benefits-related paperwork
• Assist clients with questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior office experience
• Strong customer service background
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Health and Life Insurance License
• Employee Navigator experience

Note: Candidates without a Health and Life License will be required to obtain licensing after hire.
