Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Employment Type: Travel Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, 32 hours guaranteed per week 90% productivity standard must be met for guaranteed hours Skilled nursing facility setting Graduate of APTA-accredited PT program required Active state PT license or ability to obtain required Strong communication and documentation skills needed Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities and schedules We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan Per week (based on a 40-hour week).
