Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering and updating information in company databases, spreadsheets, billing systems, and other software
- Reviewing information for accuracy and correcting errors or discrepancies
- Verifying data using forms, scanned documents, PDFs, and other source documents
- Maintaining organized digital and physical files
- Assisting with billing, reporting, month-end activities, and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and company information
- Following company procedures for data accuracy, privacy, and security
- Providing administrative support to the office and other departments as needed
- Working with team members to ensure information is accurate and tasks are completed on time
We are looking for:
- Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new computer programs and company software
- Ability to stay focused and accurate when performing repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
