MLee Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled and committed Medical Laboratory Technologist (Med Tech) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, performing a range of complex tests that contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment. We are looking for an ideal candidate who possesses a solid grasp of laboratory science, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering precise and dependable results.


Qualifications of a Medical Technologist:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS) or equivalent certification (e.g., MLT, CLS, or MT/MLS ASCP).
  Certification must be achieved within 9 months after hire date.
• Proficiency in performing a variety of laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities of a Medical Technologist:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in test performance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report data accurately and efficiently.
