We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to identify job opportunities and generate new business. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and supporting our clients .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and manage prospects through cold-calling and field visits
- Client Engagement: Call on previous and existing clients to uncover new business opportunities
- Brand Communication: Effectively communicate the Express Employment Professionals brand in the marketplace
- Goal Achievement: Meet established goals for activity and sales
Qualifications
- People Skills: Excited to engage with people in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Sales Savvy: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills - or excited to learn
- Self-Motivation: Able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
