We're hiring full-time Maintenance Mechanics to join a skilled team supporting the safe, efficient operation of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These are year-round, permanent roles with opportunities on all shifts.

Position:

Maintenance Mechanic

Wage:

1st Shift – $29.00/hr

2nd Shift – $29.75/hr

3rd Shift – $30.50/hr (All shifts include bonuses and full benefits after probation and direct hire)

Location:

Green Bay, WI

Schedule:

Full-time, 2nd and 3rd shift availability

Job Summary:

This role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment and systems. Candidates should bring a strong mechanical background and the ability to work independently while following food safety and workplace safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot motors, belts, conveyors, pneumatics, and basic controls
• Use manuals, sketches, and schematics to guide repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Support clean, safe operations in compliance with GMP and quality standards
• Work with power tools, hand tools, hoists, and lifting equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of technical education or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience
• Forklift certification and LOTO training preferred (will re-certify as needed)
• Strong attendance and safety record required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and tolerate heat/cold
• Computer skills required for timekeeping and task documentation
• Pre-employment drug screening required
