We are partnering with a specialist Boutique Advisory firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group. This firm is currently looking to grow their Transaction Advisory Services team in the Healthcare space, “Healthcare TAS”. The firm has less than 100 people, with the TAS group being around half of that number. They are looking for both professionals who can execute deals as well as those who can Originate deals and has a history of executing Transactions especially in the Healthcare Services space. Flexible work culture in an industry where that is rare Access to senior leadership and a chance to learn directly from them Opportunity to build a team and be a part of the hypergrowth period Title: Transaction Services – VP Salary: $125,000 – $170,000 +Bonus Location: New York, NY (REMOTE- US) Responsibilities:Work on Healthcare transaction execution Engage in client activity on Financial Due Diligence Understanding and experience in all aspects of FDD including but not limited to: Financial Statements, Revenue and Profitability, Working Capital, Cash Flow. Debt, Quality of Earnings, Tax Review, Internal Controls and Governance & Risk Work on the buy-side and sell-side of FDD projects Lead Associates and Senior Associates on projects Supervision of deal sourcing and assist in pitch material for MDs and Directors Develop, foster and nurture Healthcare industry relationships, both existing relationships as well as new industry relationships Nice to have some Healthcare TAS experience, this will help you stand outRequirements:BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field Anywhere around or above 5- 7 yrs of relevant experience, primarily in Healthcare M&A with possible Audit Background, Big Four experience is a plus or Tier 2 (“Big 10”) TAS experience is a must, does not have to be Healthcare, can be other industry or experience from an industry agnostic role Experience and understanding of – Audit and Transaction Advisory Services Must have a track record of leading teams and client engagements Ideally around 3 or 4 yrs of FDD experience is ideal, overall experience can be 5 to 7 years
