Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance
  
  
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information regarding products and services
  
  
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes and procedures
  
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet customer satisfaction and service level goals
  
  
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced call center environment
  
  
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
  
  
• Maintain a positive attitude and consistently provide high-quality customer service

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  
  
• Demonstrated job stability, ideally with at least one year of tenure in previous positions
  
  
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  
  
• Strong phone presence with a friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
  
  
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  
  
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  
  
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
