Your Role with Us

• Implement a range of physical therapy interventions that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and exercises for home practice
• Keep meticulous records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure a seamless continuum of care

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred, along with specialty certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) being beneficial but not mandatory
