About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the modernization and commercialization of advanced isotope enrichment technology. This high-impact leadership position is not administrative in nature but is focused on executive partnership, external engagement, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will be the CEO's trusted thought partner, driving the transformation of the company's strategic objectives into coordinated action. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for critical engagements, and leading complex initiatives across various functions. The role also involves supporting capital formation activities and requires a professional with exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate with significant autonomy in a dynamic environment. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar high-execution, externally-facing role, with a strong background in supporting executive engagement. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, exceptional executive communication skills, and the ability to operate across technical, regulatory, and financial domains. A management consulting background, experience in a high-growth startup, and familiarity with the federal contracting or nuclear regulatory landscape are preferred. The Chief of Staff will be exposed to sensitive information and must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance. The position may be remote or on-site, with regular travel required to support external stakeholder meetings.
