Job Description A leading consumer-focused digital company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape and evolve a beautiful, intuitive digital product used by more than one million visitors each month. The company has built a strong consumer brand and is continuing to invest in its digital experience, looking for a seasoned designer who can balance exceptional visual craft with thoughtful UX and strong product thinking. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process across digital product experiences, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and company leadership. You'll transform ambiguous ideas and complex user problems into simple, intuitive experiences across web, iOS, and Android. This role is highly hands-on and will span everything from ideation, research, and wireframing through high-fidelity visual design, prototyping, implementation, and deployment. You'll also play an important role in evolving the design system and improving the design-to-production process through AI-assisted tools and workflows. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional Product Design experience focused on consumer-facing digital products Experience designing for web, iOS, and Android platforms Strong proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of UX principles, usability metrics, HCI concepts, and interaction design best practices Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design, problem-solving ability, and an iterative design process Experience translating ambiguous ideas and complex user problems into simple, intuitive experiences Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis Strong understanding of design systems, style guides, and scalable product design processes Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present and defend design decisions to senior and C-level stakeholders Experience working in lean, Agile, or highly iterative environments Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated craft mindset Experience incorporating AI tools into product design and development workflows Desired Skills & Experience Experience working with AI-assisted design and development tools such as Claude, Figma MCP, Claude Code, or similar technologies Experience optimizing design-to-development workflows using AI Experience designing and maintaining large-scale consumer digital products Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles Experience producing multiple concepts and design variations while knowing when to use high- or low-fidelity approaches Experience partnering closely with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Experience writing component documentation, design annotations, and implementation guidelines Previous management or team leadership experience Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus Experience using quantitative data and analytics to inform product and design decisions What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Design and prototype intuitive product features and experiences across web and mobile platforms Transform ambiguous ideas, business requirements, and user problems into clear and effective design solutions Distill complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences while maintaining brand standards and design system consistency Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and usability testing to validate and improve designs Create organized Figma files, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and implementation Work collaboratively and iteratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to incorporate feedback, data, and research Partner with Product Managers to prioritize initiatives and define effective product solutions Work closely with Engineers to support pixel-perfect implementation and high-quality product launches Maintain and evolve the company's product design system, style guide, and design processes Own the design handoff process, including component documentation, annotations, and implementation guidance Improve the design-to-production pipeline by incorporating AI-assisted tools and development workflows Identify opportunities to use AI to redesign workflows, improve efficiency, and drive measurable product impact Continuously evaluate emerging product design trends and technologies to ensure the digital experience remains modern and competitive Balance high-quality design execution with business priorities, timelines, and the need to move quickly The Offer You will receive the following benefits: Competitive Salary Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Collaborative and Cross-Functional Work Environment Opportunity to Work Closely with Senior Leadership Opportunity to Shape a High-Traffic Consumer Digital Product Exposure to Modern AI-Assisted Design and Development Tools Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment Partners LLC
