Inventory Control Analyst

TSC is seeking a qualified Inventory Support Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location (Discovery). The successful candidate will have experience with expediting flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules. Responsibilities Manage inventory of multiple projects. Track and analyze inventory levels, product demand, and stock turnover to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid overstock or stockouts. Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and suggest process improvements to lower carrying costs. Perform physical inventory checks as directed by the manufacturing team. Work with production planner and manufacturing engineer to manage inventory levels. Keep the inventory area clean and organized. Other relevant duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. 2‑5 years of inventory and/or supply chain related experience. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting, standing, walking, and manual handling tasks. Preferred Qualifications High level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with domestic and international shipping, including parcel and freight services. Familiarity with low‑volume manufacturing environments. Skill in handling delicate electronics. Proficiency in reading engineering Bills of Materials. TSC Benefits Stable work environment.
