Job Title: Call Center Agent Note On-campus work in Miami, FL Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
