Whether you're experienced in restoration or looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.As a Restoration Technician, you will perform emergency mitigation, cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll use industry-leading equipment and techniques to return properties to their preloss condition while delivering exceptional customer service. Your professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail will directly impact our customers during some of the most stressful times in their lives.We're looking for someone who is:Reliable and dependablePositive with a strong work ethicSelf-motivated and eager to learnAble to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional in appearance and communicationCustomer-focused and service-orientedAdaptable in fast-paced environmentsCommitted to doing quality work every dayPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, cleaning, or a related tradeIICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)Basic knowledge of hand and power toolsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordExperience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.This is an active, hands-on position requiring physical work throughout the day. Applicants must be able to:Frequently lift and carry up to 50 poundsOccasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceWalk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and climb throughout the workdayWork on ladders and at elevated heightsWork in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areasPush, pull, and move restoration equipmentWear personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when requiredSafely operate company vehicles and restoration equipmentRestoration work is different every day. Technicians may work in residential homes, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities. Working conditions may include:Wet, humid, hot, or cold environmentsDust, smoke, soot, mold, and airborne particlesLoud equipment and machineryCleaning agents and restoration chemicalsEmergency response situationsAfter-hours, weekend, or on-call work as neededWe believe in promoting from within.
