PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME

Location: Point Pleasant, NJ – Primary Need
Additional Openings: Toms River and Oceanport, NJ
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: Full time
Key Requirements: DPT degree, active New Jersey Physical Therapy license, and current approved BLS/CPR certification

POSITION OVERVIEW

Physical Therapy Works and Responsive Physical Therapy are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient team.

This low-volume practice prioritizes individualized care, clinical excellence, professional growth, and meaningful patient-therapist relationships. Experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and patient-centered goals
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and facilitation techniques
• Design therapeutic exercise and activity programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize outcomes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
• Current American Heart Association BLS Provider or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
