Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Job Description: The Role: Our Colorado Springs facility is seeking adetail-orientedandhands-on Manufacturing Technician I to join our Production team. In this entrylevel role, you will be trained to support the cleaning, inspection, finishing, measurement, and assembly of highprecision EUV components by following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities may include ultrasonic and manual cleaning, visual inspection, basic mechanical assembly, sanding,and finishing processes, and tracking work in manufacturing systems. This role may be performed in a cleanroom and controlled production environments and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and consistent execution. Manufacturing Technician I employees may be crosstrained in multiple production areas, including EUV assembly and machiningfinishing operations, based on business needs and certification progression What You'll Do: Perform ultrasonic cleaning, preinspection, and manual cleaning of EUV pod bases and covers by following documented work instructions, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures to ensure product quality and readiness Support EUV assembly operations by assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks, using fixtures and hand tools, and working alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills and process knowledge Perform visual and cosmetic inspections using approved aesthetics standards, identify potential defects, and escalate concerns appropriately to support quality consistency and defect review processes Support finishing and secondoperation activities as trained, which may include sanding, masking, bead blasting, and final washing of parts in accordance with approved procedures and certification level Track work accurately using manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SAP, CamLine), including scanning serial numbers, completing checklists, documenting passdowns, and maintaining traceability throughout the production process Complete packaging, bagging, and labeling activities by preparing materials, printing dome and RFID labels, performing door torque testing, and verifying documentation to ensure safe handling and shipment of finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area by following cleanroom protocols, applying 5S principles, and adhering to safety, recycling, and escalation guidelines Participate in crosstraining across EUV assembly, machiningfinishing, and packaging operations to support workflow flexibility and business needs Communicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisor Promote a safe working environment and demonstrate Entegris PACE Values-People & Teamwork, Accountability & Integrity, Creativity & Innovation, and Dedication to Excellence-through reliable execution, teamwork, and continuous learning Perform other duties as assigned in support of production goals, operational efficiency, and business success What We Seek: High School diploma or GED required At least oneyearofexperience in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems) Proficiencywith Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) Abilityto read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/dropindicator, testindicator, and coordinate measuringmachine(CMM) Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance Strong handeye coordination for welding, bonding, and precision assembly tasks Demonstrated effective communication and collaboration with others Excels atwork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Capableofunderstandingdocumented processes and procedures Physical Requirements: Ability to work in clean roomand wearrequiredPPE Adequate visual acuity to perform detailed inspections or precision work Ability to lift and/or move up to50lbs daily Ability to perform repetitive gripping, twisting, bending, hand tool use and small-component handling Maintain balance and coordination, especially when working on elevated platforms or in areas with uneven surfaces Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time What We Offer: At Entegris, we invest in providingopportunitytoour employees andpromotefrom within.
