Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA; Free Certification Training

If you're ready to start a career in healthcare, Care Advantage, Inc. wants to help you get there. We're hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Portsmouth, VA and surrounding communities. If you're not certified yet, we'll cover your Personal Care Aide training for free!

What you'll do:
- Help with daily routines like medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals during shifts
- Keep your client's space clean and comfortable
- Let the office know if anything changes with your client

This position can be full or part-time, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends. We'll work around your schedule.
