Job Summary:
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves a rotating 36-hour schedule with 50% day/night shifts, including up to two weekend shifts per month. The role requires providing high-quality postoperative care in a busy academic medical center setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; at least 3 years of RN experience; at least 1 year of Travel PACU experience; a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an academic medical center setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume PACU setting preferred
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing postoperative care to a diverse patient population, and adhering to established clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
