Associate Director Quantitative Pharmacology

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology to lead model-informed drug development strategies across therapeutic areas and modalities. The role combines scientific expertise with cross-functional leadership to inform dose selection, trial design, and regulatory strategy from early development through submission.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver significant pharmacometrics contributions addressing strategically important program needs and regulatory hurdles
• Design, conduct, or oversee development of pharmacometrics analysis plans and quantitative PK, PD, and related analyses
• Communicate complex pharmacometrics strategies and results influentially to cross-functional development teams
• Prepare and deliver accurate, well-articulated nonclinical or clinical study reports and regulatory submission documents

Requirements

• PhD in Quantitative Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years post-doctoral or industry experience; or MS with 9+ years relevant experience
• Expertise in population PK/PD, exposure-response, or mechanistic modeling using NONMEM, Monolix, Simulx, MATLAB/Simbiology, and R
• Track record delivering analyses supporting regulatory submissions with direct FDA, EMA, or PMDA engagement
• Hands-on experience with broad quantitative and computational tools and strong publication record
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and partner across technical and non-technical teams

Compensation: $176,100–$287,300 annually
