If you're passionate, proactive, and professional, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As our Floor Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Lead and Inspire : Supervise and motivate our driven team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. Oversee Operations : Manage the flow of service, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Problem-Solve on the Spot : Address any issues promptly and professionally to keep the energy and service running seamlessly. Monitor Performance : Keep an eye on staff performance and provide constructive feedback to help the team thrive. Maintain Standards : Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant. Collaborate with Management : Work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. A proactive and professional attitude with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities . A knack for multitasking and staying calm under pressure .
