What you’ll do

• Install residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Provide a professional, customer-friendly experience on every job.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready to use.
• Complete paperwork, invoices, and job notes accurately.
• Use materials efficiently and keep proper stock on the truck.
• Work well with teammates and communicate clearly with customers.
• Pitch in on cross-training and other shop needs as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Prior HVAC installation experience.
• CFC certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• A dependable, positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Local to Sioux Falls or willing to relocate.
