Full-Time RN Cardiac ARU

Role Overview: Provides independent clinical procedures for diagnosis and treatment under the supervision of the Site Manager. Focuses on delivering quality patient care, fostering trust, and maintaining strong relationships with physicians to support system growth and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Builds a culture of trust and engagement within the team and organization. Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that promote trust and engagement. Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and codes of conduct. Maintains effective relationships with physicians to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction. Performs assigned duties reflecting organizational values and standards. Performs other duties as assigned to support clinical operations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required upon hire; ACLS certifications must be obtained within 180 days if not already held. Experience: At least 1 year in ICU, CCU, ER, Cath Lab, or EP Lab preferred.
