Manages standard channel partner portfolios to execute joint business plans and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Evaluates partner sales forecasts and pipeline data to anticipate market demand and resolve potential supply disruptions.

Trains indirect sales agents on updated product features and competitive positioning to drive consistent market messaging.

Coordinates co-branded marketing initiatives and regional promotional events to generate sustainable lead volume for partner networks.

Analyzes commercial contracts and pricing structures to recommend adjustments that incentivize partner performance and market expansion.

Resolves operational escalations from distribution partners regarding order fulfillment and standard service inquiries.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required.

Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.

Salary Range*: $62,400 - 97,900

This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
