We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our global defense team where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems.As a contract manager on our team, you will support all phases of the acquisition life cycle where your expertise in contracts management will serve as the catalyst to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. Your knowledge will be applied to strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiation, and contract management. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates on the defense technology contracts team with opportunities to mentor and guide junior staff.At Booz Allen, you’ll work with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact.What You’ll Work On: Perform a wide variety of contract administration functions in support of Air Force and other DoD clients, including proposal development, cost strategies, modifications, review and negotiation of terms and conditions, and contract compliance.Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and the recommended pricing approach.Provide advice and counsel on risk issues, proposal strategies, and customer relationship management.Negotiate and administer contracts independently with U.S. government customers and subcontracts with large and small business contractors across the breadth of contract types.Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements, and organizational conflict of interest plans.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
