Civil Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm. This position offers the opportunity to lead a variety of private and municipal land development projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead site layout, grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and stormwater design efforts.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, permitting, and approvals.
- Conduct site visits and participate in client and public meetings.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
- 8–15 years of site development experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of land development, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, roadways, and parking design.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience preferred.
