About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join their team. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional executive assistant duties, requiring a proactive, strategic partner to the CEO and COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the executives, removing obstacles, and creating leverage to support the fast-paced, venture-backed organization. Key responsibilities include complex calendaring, meeting preparation, and the coordination of various initiatives.
