Senior Finance Manager

Core Responsibilities: Own and enhance the corporate financial model, developing forecasts and translating complex or incomplete data into actionable insights. Lead monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to help leadership understand business performance. Develop thoughtful analysis and materials for senior leadership and board discussions, serving as a strategic finance partner. Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analysis while collaborating closely with the broader finance team. What You’ll Bring: 10+ years of experience, ideally combining investment banking with substantial corporate FP&A experience. Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to build models from the ground up and manipulate large or complex datasets. Experience with NetSuite and financial planning platforms such as Anaplan or Planful; familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
