Sr. Commissions Specialist (Remote) | 9-Month Contract-to-Hire Location: Fully Remote Duration: 9-Month Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $30-$32/hour Start Date: ASAP Position Overview Warner Pacific is seeking a Sr. Commissions Specialist to support the processing of high-volume broker commissions. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working with accounting and commission-related processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with SAP ICM. Key Responsibilities Download commission statements from carrier portals and calculate revenue. Create commission statements and process commissions three times per month. Respond to commission inquiries from brokers and internal support teams. Update commission periods within ICM on a monthly basis. Review and process manual commission adjustments. Research broker license expirations using State DOI websites. Update ICM with license information and release broker holds as appropriate. Transfer Broker Books of Business (BOB) when license expirations exceed eligibility guidelines. Act as the SAP point of contact for the department. Participate in SAP training and submit tickets for system issues and new user setup. Required Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Basic accounting knowledge. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the medical insurance or health insurance industry. SAP ICM experience. Business process and systems experience. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westlake Village, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
