Executive Recruiter - Accounting & Finance Rochelle Park, NJ (Hybrid)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is growing our New Jersey team and looking for motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join us as an Executive Recruiter focused on either Accounting & Finance or Human Resources recruitment.

Whether your background is in staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, technology sales, financial services, or another relationship-focused industry, we'd love to connect. Agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow client relationships
• Generate new business opportunities
• Source, recruit, and place top talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Build your own book of business and personal brand
• Partner with hiring managers and candidates to drive successful outcomes

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000-$75,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission plan
• Additional incentives for temporary staffing business
• Six-figure earning potential for recruiters performing at expected production levels
• Accelerated earning opportunities for top performers

Performance Expectations

• Year 1: $100K GP
• Year 2: $200K GP
• Year 3: $300K+ GP
