The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Your Next Pour: The Opportunity We are looking to add an Environmental, Health and Safety Resource to support our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for implementing the Tropicana EHS policies and procedures across the location. Additionally, this role will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at the location. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include: Implement and execute of the site’s annual EHS Plan, including development of expense and capital budgets needed to support these efforts. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental permits. Build capability of site resources to support implementation of EHS programming. Manage site-wide system, Program Owner process, to identify and evaluate hazards (risks), and implement effective controls (corrective solutions). Lead incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans. Interface with regulatory bodies (OSHA, EPA, State/Local Regulators). Facilitate the completion of a site wide annual EHS training plan. Participate in formal EHS reviews of existing equipment modifications, new equipment purchases, and changes in site processes. Ensure that required regulatory permits are acquired, that reports are submitted to regulatory agencies, and any site permit conditions (e.g., sampling, recordkeeping) are met. Support the Tropicana Security team as needed Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels The Perfect Blend: Experience Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills Solid employee relations experience, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Professional maturity and ability to act as a change leader by influencing all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement in safety performance Able to flex shifts as needed to accommodate business needs Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related degree or 3 + years of EHS experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
