The Role

Kinn is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our Flagship Store in Culver City. You’ll own daily store performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, and deliver an elevated, personalized client experience.

This role is ideal for a sales-driven leader who thrives on the sales floor, builds lasting client relationships, and balances business growth with strong team leadership and operational excellence.

Reports to: Director of Retail / Operations

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive store sales and achieve individual and team targets.

• Track KPIs, including conversion, average order value, client retention, and productivity.

• Lead from the sales floor, support client appointments, and drive repeat business.

Client Experience & Clienteling

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experience.

• Build client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and CRM management in Endear.

• Coach the team on clienteling and resolve escalated client concerns.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.

• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and hold the team accountable.

• Manage scheduling, floor coverage, and performance while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

Store Operations

• Oversee daily operations, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.

• Maintain shrinkage below 1.5% and uphold Kinn’s brand standards.

• Manage labor and controllable expenses within budget and ensure company policies are followed.

Reporting & Communication

• Review store performance and implement strategies to improve results.

• Communicate sales trends, client insights, staffing needs, and operational updates to leadership.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of retail leadership experience, including at least 2 years managing a team.

• Bring luxury retail, jewelry, or high-touch client service experience.

• Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Are skilled in team development, clienteling, inventory management, and retail operations.

• Lead by example, take ownership of results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
