A fast-growing, venture-backed AI company transforming the insurance claims space is hiring an Account Executive to help drive the next stage of growth.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on winning enterprise accounts, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the go-to-market engine from the ground up. The company is reimagining how claims are handled using AI and modern workflows - replacing outdated systems, reducing cycle times, and delivering significantly better operational outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

Own and close complex enterprise deals from first conversation through signed agreement
Build and refine GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and scalable growth processes
Develop trusted relationships with senior insurance and claims leaders
Represent the business at conferences, industry events, and executive meetings
Partner closely with Product and Operations teams to influence roadmap and market strategy
Help scale and mentor the commercial function as the business grows

Qualifications

10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
Strong background within insurance, claims, or related industries
Proven success closing large, complex deals and opening new logos
Experience building GTM motions or sales frameworks in high-growth environments
Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
Interest in AI and technology-driven transformation
