Step into a meaningful role supporting students from PK Resource Therapy through 8th grade as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). Located near beautiful Palm City, FL, this contract position offers the opportunity to impact young learners as the sole SLP on campus. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 1, 2027, with a structured schedule of 14 hours per week—ideal for professionals seeking a focused, part-time position.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active Florida SLP licensure (ASHA CCC required)
• Experience in a school setting, working with diverse student needs from early childhood through middle school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt therapy approaches to each student's goals
• Capability to complete required fingerprinting (district can utilize ACHA Clearinghouse if previously printed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students from PK to 8th grade, addressing a range of communication needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, progress monitoring, and goal setting
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for optimal student support
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Serve as a resource for faculty and parents regarding speech-language development and interventions
