Work collaboratively with a team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, medical doctors, caregivers, and family members to foster cohesive care plans.
Engage in educating patients and their families to support progress outside of therapeutic encounters.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and speech therapy interventions to ensure a seamless care continuum.
Keep precise and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
Enhance your knowledge base by staying updated on the advances in the field through ongoing education and teamwork.

Adept at tailoring therapeutic approaches to respect cultural and linguistic diversity.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation requirements.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
