Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery
• Support patient well-being through therapeutic activities and interventions in a long term care setting
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of COTA experience required
• Active Texas OTA license or compact license equivalent required
• Current COTA certification in good standing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
