(USA) Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management Toms River, NJ Position Summary Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels, apply store operations technology, and implement business solutions. Model exemplary customer service using the One Best Way (OBW) service model and drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, and ensuring merchandise presentation. Provide supervision, hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management for hourly associates. Responsibilities Teach and provide feedback to associates touring stores. Communicate and collaborate with associates and stakeholders to improve store operations. Demonstrate and enforce OBW customer service standards. Review and evaluate Profit & Loss statements and manage budgeting and forecasting. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales & profit goals. Hire, train, mentor, and provide performance management for hourly associates. Maintain compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy. Promote a culture of belonging and inclusivity among team members. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college education; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearms‑sell facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities selling ammunition with state requirements: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility. Ability to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent. Certification in People and Business Leadership.
