Job Title: 7-12 Integrated Science Teacher Anticipated Opening Location: Fairport Harbor Schools, Fairport Harbor, OH Position Type: Full-Time, Contract School Year: 2026-2027 Job Description Fairport Harbor Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Integrated Science Teacher for grades 7-12 for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will have a strong background in science education and the ability to teach a diverse range of integrated science topics, including biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science. The position requires a commitment to fostering student engagement, critical thinking, and a love for science. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Valid Ohio teaching license with Integrated Science endorsement for grades 7-12. Strong understanding of science curriculum and instructional strategies. Experience teaching science at the middle and high school levels is preferred. Passion for science and a commitment to inspiring students to pursue STEM fields. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
