• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations with consistency and care
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and speed meet brand standards

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Performance & Business Results

• Track key metrics and use data to guide decisions
• Manage labor, COGS, and controllables to hit financial targets
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
• Communicate results clearly to leadership

• MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BASED BONUS ($10-15k+ ADDITIONAL EARNING POTENTIAL ANNUALLY)

Guest Experience Champion

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and delighted
• Lead by example in hospitality, service, and table touches
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
