Product Manager

¿ As a member of this team, you will be responsible for enabling digital experience for retail and finance operations by automation and self service experience online and in store. ¿ Understand user needs and define product features to deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap. ¿ Use agile principles to write user stories and plan and drive the software development of features. ¿ Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. ¿ Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that meets current needs and considers future growth scenarios. ¿ Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to improve the efficiency of our internal operations and users while improving customer experience. ¿ You will also be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and enterprise systems. ¿ Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams ¿ Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence ¿ Define and enhance KPIs in conjunction with analytics and stakeholder teams that educate business decision making ¿ Troubleshoot to resolve product issue and operational pain points Qualifications ¿ 2+ years of experience in software/online product management, product development and shipping quality, and impactful products, with evidence of exceptional ability ¿ Experience having shipped internal facing products and platform solutions that delivered business impact ¿ Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data from various systems to solve problems ¿ Passionate about working with other businesses and partners to solve their specific challenges ¿ Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love ¿ Ability to successfully work with cross functional of teams, including engineering, UX, legal, finance, retail, and operations ¿ Familiarity with tools for wire framing and mockups ¿ Broad Appreciation of API design principles and maturity to understand e2e Integration Experience as perceived by a developer ¿ Experience working with software engineers and architects on a product designed to handle a global scale is a plus. ¿ Financial services/payments, e commerce, and mobile commerce industry experience a strong plus Educational Requirements: ¿ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or business related field
