Salary: $60–$70+ per session
LaSante Health Center is seeking Psychotherapists to join our growing Behavioral Health team. Our mission is to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals who may otherwise have difficulty accessing care. We are proud to serve underserved communities and are looking for clinicians who share our commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Position Overview
Primarily psychotherapy-focused position
Typical weekly caseload of 25–30 patients
Opportunity to focus on providing quality clinical care
Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following credentials:
LMSW
LCSW
LMHC
MHC-LP
LMFT
Compensation & Benefits
$60–$70+ per session
W-2 employment

Professional Development & Supervision
Weekly individual supervision
Weekly group supervision
Regular trainings and professional development opportunities
Eligible clinicians can obtain supervision hours toward licensure and clinical licensure requirements while working in our clinic

Evening and weekend availability is a significant plus

Part-time positions available
Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week
Part-time schedules are limited to evenings and weekends
