Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Longmont, CO (Onsite) Experience: 3+ years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance and repair. Minimum Education: H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Technical Certification is a plus. Headquartered in Camas, Washington, nLIGHT is a publicly listed company (NASDAQ: LASR).Summary: Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance for facilities, labs, production areas, and equipment. Please review this information before applying.Responsibilities:Coordinate and conduct various building and equipment maintenance and repairs.Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and complies with all safety standards.Work with service suppliers and contractors for onsite services.Conduct preventative maintenance activity for the Facility, Equipment, Labs and Clean Rooms.Keep equipment, including machine tools, forklift, HVAC, lighting in good working conditions.Perform daily routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operations.Assist with setting up company test and production laboratories, cleanrooms and supporting equipment.Check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity to include basic troubleshooting.Required Experience / Capability:Commitment to excellence.
